Body:
your Basel body temperature changes throughout your menstrual cycle.try to check your body temperature every day ,in the morning.In te beginning ,it may seem like a lot of little fluctuation becomes higher than the beginning your cycle.How ever after a few cycles you may be able to find predictable pattern and pinpoint ovulation. understanding your cycle is the first step in trying to conceive.
Baby:
During your first week you are still menstruation .your body is preparing for its next ovulation in which it will release a new egg the beginning of your baby.
Diet:
it is important for you to eat well during pregnancy for your self and your baby.
Rest:
Make sure to get a good nights sleep during this time.
